On behalf of Victor Arias and Victor Arias for Congress, we thank the journalists, editors, producers, hosts, photographers, technical teams, and media organizations that devoted time and professional attention to the 2026 election cycle.

Across local television, newspapers, public media, radio, podcasts, voter guides, candidate forums, and long-form interviews, media professionals gave people across Southwest Florida opportunities to hear directly from candidates, examine the issues, review election information, and reach their own conclusions.

We especially appreciate the work of Gulf Coast News/WBBH, the Cape Coral Breeze, WINK News, Florida Politics, Naples Press, the Naples Daily News and Fort Myers News-Press, WGCU Public Media/PBS, the Associated Press, Spectrum Bay News 9, 239 LIVE, 92.5 FOX News and its programs The Drive with Trey Radel and Daybreak with Jason Jones, Gimme The M.I.C. LIVE, Stories to Create Podcast, Sparker's Soapbox, and the Santiva Chronicle. Each organization played a different role—independent reporting, election-result publication, interviews, analysis, voter information, radio programming, or community publication—and none is presented here as having endorsed the campaign.

Throughout the campaign, our goal was to make accurate campaign positions, source material, and timely responses available so the public could evaluate the race and its issues for itself. We recognize that meaningful journalism and public-interest programming do not owe any campaign favorable treatment. Their public value comes from serious questions, accurate attribution, clear context, and editorial independence.

Thank you for the time, care, and public service you brought to the election. We appreciate the role independent media plays in an informed community, and we hope to remain a reliable source whenever verified campaign information or context is useful.
