This website minimizes data collection, uses no analytics or third-party tracking pixels, and limits volunteer intake to campaign coordination.
Volunteer information collected
The volunteer form collects first and last name, email, optional phone and ZIP code, selected volunteer interests, preferred contact method, consent version, and submission time. It does not ask for voter registration, political preference, payment, medical, Social Security, or government-ID information.
Purpose and contact choices
VICTOR ARIAS FOR CONGRESS uses submitted information only to respond to volunteer interest and coordinate campaign activities by email or a live phone call based on the volunteer’s selection. The form does not enroll anyone in text messages or automated calls.
Storage and authorized access
Volunteer contact details are encrypted and stored securely. Only authorized campaign staff can view them. The website keeps limited security information to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions; raw IP addresses are not saved with volunteer records.
Identity verification and repeat submissions
Submitting the form does not by itself verify an email address or phone number. If the same person submits again, existing information is protected from accidental replacement. A do-not-contact request remains in effect unless the campaign separately confirms a new request. Security information connected to a record is removed when that personal information is erased.
Retention review
In this campaign system, each volunteer contact is scheduled for a campaign records review 90 days after its latest submission. That review date is not an automatic deletion promise; final retention and disposal must follow the campaign’s approved legal and records policy.
Access, correction, deletion, or no contact
Call 239-222-8856 or email info@mediaalertpress.com to request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of volunteer contact. The campaign must verify a request before changing a record.
No sale or cross-context advertising share
This website does not sell volunteer personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. It contains no advertising pixels or analytics tags.

FEC, election-office, and Victor Explains links lead to separate websites governed by their own privacy practices. Online contributions are not available on this website right now.
